My name is Paulina Piotrowska and I’m an athlete and trainer in Los Angeles, California. I started my journey with sports in track and field when I was 7 years old.
I chose to be a trainer because I’m so passionate about exercise. I really want to help people achieve their goals and change their lifestyles.
I have a specific education, background and training in exercises physiology, biomechanics, sport training, functional fitness, nutrition and lifestyle management and I have been trained to create programs to fit your needs and maximize your results.
